On the 22nd of April, the WeCare team - a team of HOLDALIANS who have the willingness to support other HOLDALIANS through their knowledge, experience, and some even through their education of psychology - commemorated a significant milestone, their 1st anniversary.
This special occasion brought together HOLDALIANS in a collective effort to prioritize mental health discussions.
Throughout the day, various stations were set up, each dedicated to shedding light on critical mental health topics such as stress, depression, and bullying at the workplace. Attendees engaged in open conversations, sharing personal experiences and insights.
The event fostered a sense of understanding and solidarity as participants tackled tough subjects like burnout and PTSD. It served as a reminder of the imporrance of addressing mental health challenges in the workplace.
Following the insightful discussions, the WeCare team came together to cut the anniversary cake, symbolizing their unwavering commitment to supporting the team at HOLDAL through every challenge and triumph.
